Jimmy and I are really sore today. We went to Robin and Mike's house Saturday night to hang out since we didn't get together on New Years. When we walked in Alyssa was playing a Disney princess game on the Wii and well, it wasn't long before we were addicted. Before we left the next afternoon Jimmy had reached pro level on Wii Sports Tennis and I was KO'd about 10 guys on the Wii Sports Boxing. Both of us are paying for it today because we are so sore in our arms and back. The system really gives you a workout without really even trying. Jimmy and I were already considering buying one before and now we are both really excited to get one. Now we have a huge problem - they're sold out - EVERYWHERE! Seriously. There is even a website called Wii Tracker to find stores where the Wii is in stock. They do have them available on Ebay but I don't really like buying high dollar stuff on Ebay. I think right now it's just ment to be that we're not supposed to get one just yet. But! If anybody sees them in stock please let me know, okay?
Update: I guess it was ment to be that we were supposed to get one. ;o) We are now on our way to our New Years resolution with our new Wii and Wii Fit.

We had a really fun time this New Years Eve with Jimmy's mom -Marie, Angelique (Peter's wife) and Peter (Jimmy's lifelong friend). On our way down to Jimmy's mom's house we picked up some take-out from our favorite Thai restaurant in Duarte. Then spent the rest of the night in our PJ's watching Dick Clark, drinking cheap wine, playing Yahtzee, and watching the boys play old school Street Fighter on Peter's PS2. It's sounds so basic but I must admit it probably rated in the top 10 New's Years stuff I've ever done. I've heard that you should do on New Year's Eve what you will do all year, well, I can't think of anything better to do than laugh a lot, spend time with my love Jimmy and spend time with family.
